Phoenix Brickwork (UK) Ltd is a privately owned construction company which was founded in 2010. With many of their jobs situated across the East Midlands they have chosen to become a Headway Leicester Corporate Member.
We will be working together during Hard Hat Awareness Week which will run from 21st – 27th September. The week aims to raise awareness of using and maintaining hard hats while on site and will drive awareness of brain injury and encourage best practice around safety equipment.
Phoenix Brickwork Ltd aims to maintain safe and healthy working conditions for all activities; internally and externally, ensuring that all equipment used is safe and properly maintained. It is essential that the correct products and services can be applied and used safely and without risk to health.
There is nearly always a risk of a head injury on a construction site. From objects falling or being thrown from height, walking into an unprotected end of a scaffold pole, uncapped projections eg studs or when insufficient headroom on a scaffold has been provided.
